This year’s topics include right-of-way fees, legislative expectations for 2017, ethics for lawyers practicing before state regulatory agencies, and issues of interest to governmental agencies in the wake of the Oncor sale. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided.

Presenters include TCCFUI chair Don Knight as well as some of the state’s leading utility law experts. They include: Gerry Lederer, of Best Best & Krieger; Alfred R. Herrera, of Herrera & Boyle;  Dr. Jonathan L. Kramer, of the Telecom Law Firm; Dottie Palumbo, of the Bojorquez Law Firm; Geoffrey Gay, of Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend; attorney Clarence A. West; and Snapper Carr, of Focused Advocacy.

The seminar is FREE for employees and staff of TCCFUI member municipalities. The cost for non-members is $50.
