The Texas Coalition of Cities for Utility Issues is dedicated to supporting the interests of Texas cities and their citizens with regard to utility issues. Comprised of large municipalities and rural villages, TCCFUI monitors the activities of the United States Congress, the Texas Legislature and state and federal regulatory agencies. TCCFUI hosts is Fall Seminar Oct. 26-27 in Houston.
